Pro bono marketing for communities: a picture is worth 1,000 words
For more than a decade Randy has been helping to brand, promote and market Pittsburgh communities. Much of this involved funding from the URA in a variety of efforts, from Buy Local campaigns to festivals. (see mini case studies) Today he offers his photographic talents pro bono to his favorites, helping to spur redevelopment and shape dynamic brands.
In just the past month his visual promotions have featured galleries of wonderfully restored homes in these historic neighborhoods… taken during the ever popular house tours. Take a look at some images posted on various Facebook pages. Notice how these photos tell a positive story that often counteracts negative publicity that urban neighborhoods often get in the media. Pumpkin Fest in Deutschtown is a bonus feature!
